$/$$ = Dollars off when you buy x amount (i.e. $4/$20 = $4 off your purchase of $20 or more)

YMMV = Your Mileage May Vary (i.e. depends on the store)

WYB = when you buy

MIR = Mail In Rebate

printable = coupon you print on your computer

ecoupon = coupon loaded directly onto a shopper card

blinkie = coupon found in store in a dispenser with a red blinking light

peelie = coupon found directly on a product--only use if you are purchasing said product

tearpad = pad of coupons found in stores near product

CRT = Cash Register Tape (some coupons print on the bottom of your receipt)

Catalina = coupon that prints on a separate tape at the register

MM = Money Maker (also called an overage)

PG = Procter and Gamble (coupon insert)

RP = Red Plum (coupon insert and printable coupon website)

SS = Smart Source (coupon insert and printable coupon website)

Regional = the coupon is available only in a certain area
